International Mobility/Relocation Specialist

Reports to
This position reports to the HR Lead and is based in our Guilford office (on a hybrid basis). Part-time working hours may be considered.
What will you do?
- Coordinate all relocation processes in the UK, ensuring a smooth process and candidate focused approach
- Manage external immigration and relocation vendors to facilitate and track migration applications and settling in
- Proactively research and tracking corresponded UK legislations and relocation practices, providing updates or advice internally or to external vendors
- Work with Talent Acquisition and HR Operations to ensure a seamless transition between stages of recruitment/relocation/onboarding
- Be the point of contact for any information new joiners may need during their relocation and ensure a proper post-relocation support, including Q&A’s as required
- Provide assistance on local legislation or requirements for various processes, such as driving license obtaining, bank account opening; schooling etc.
- Establish and maintain employee files, ensuring that each employee and their family have valid work permit/visas at any time during employment
- Build trust and manage sensitive information, while maintaining confidentiality and data accuracy
What are we looking for?
- Experience in a similar international mobility / relocation position
- Good knowledge of UK Immigration Laws and Procedures
- Excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills
- Strong team player that is highly organised and detail oriented
- Ability to multitask and work in an ever changing fast-paced environment
- Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office) and comfortable with learning how to use new systems
What additional skills will help you stand out?
- Ideally, you’ll have a keen interest or experience in the games industry
- European language skills, including Russian language skills are a strong plus
