DevOps Team Lead (Unannounced Project)

This role reports to the Technical Director
What will you do?
- Manage, mentor and train team of DevOps and Build engineers
- Optimize DevOps practices and methodologies for efficiency and scalability
- Plan and architect project's development, staging and production infrastructure
- Guide career development of the team members
- Oversee incident management and troubleshooting
- Ensure 24/7 game clusters operation
- Write documentation and SOPs
- Cooperate with technical, QA, live-ops and release teams to provide stable and in-time version releases
What are we looking for?
- Experience working as Lead DevOps Engineer, DevOps Team Lead or similar role
- Experience operating high load systems/products in production
- Scripting and/or programming experience with Python and Bash
- Experience automating infrastructure deployment and managing scalable applications using Kubernetes in a CI/CD environment
- Strong experience with public cloud service providers (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Configuration management experience (Ansible, Puppet)
- Knowledge of CI/CD processes and tools (Teamcity, Jenkins, Gitlab)
- Experience in optimizing performance and cost management in cloud environments
- Experience building monitoring and logging systems (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Loki)
- Experience in managing databases RDBMS and NoSQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB
What additional skills will help you stand out?
- Experience in operating session-based multiplayer games
- Programming using one of the following languages: Python, C/C++, Java/Kotlin
- Strong background in Linux administration
- Working with DevSecOps practices
